I started progesterone about 5 months after starting hrt and my mood, sleep schedule and so much more improved pretty drastically but ymmv plume will also cancel your prescriptions if you cancel your subscription, meaning you'll eventually have to go the normal route anyway to get back on HRT (if you don't want to keep paying the damn near extortionary cost of $1200+ per year on HRT).
